9 miles to the airport. Useful base for city trip in Hofheim am Taunus. We really enjoyed staying at am rosenberg.

Good restaurant/easy parking/quite area/not far from Frankfurt city
Room (booked a single room) rather small for unpacking suitcase etc. Some small repairs necessary in bathroom.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was quiet and pleasant.
Breakfast was good but overpriced.

the hotel is quiet, and the room clean and comfortable.....not enough toiletry articles, thoughand breakfast buffet was nice
The hotel was quite full because of the Frankfurt airport flight cancellations (volcanic dust from Iceland)....so we were first shown rooms in the basement, below the reception and close to kitchen....awful.....we were given a nice room only after complaining.....but all very friendly

Location was within walking distance of a particular location we visited.Easy to find as well. Staff excellent, minibar good value.

In my opinion the plus point was free internet wireless. Also the receptionist which happened to check us in was extremely polite and established immediately a rapport with us. Great quiet location being next to the forest! All considering, good value for money.
Breakfast is not included in the price and it's Eur 10 per person and I am glad we choose not to have it as it was not worth it, as somebody had suggested on this website. The food from the restaurant was ok and it took for ever to come.

Quiet area and out of the city
The site says free internet, actually only for 1 hour, then 8.50 Euro for 12 hours. The internet doesn't work throughout the hotel. Breakfast is not included in price.
